Making a new booking
The default setting for The Mandolis’s price display nett rate. Tax, service charge and breakfast included.

Surcharge Period: USD 35 nett per room per night will be added into room rates for the following festive seasons and major event periods. 
Thadingyut Festival of Lights (11th October 2019 to 16th October 2019)
Christmas Eve / New Year (18th December 2019 to 10th January 2020)
Water Festival (11th April 2020 to 20th April 2020)

Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking is required to make via hotel official website.
Amendment or cancellation of booking is required to make from very first email you have received when you submit the booking.
Guaranteed Booking
All bookings are confirmed and guaranteed with credit card or prepayment via bank transfer.
Guaranteed with credit card
A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your booking. No prepayment will be charged. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
The Mandolis only accepts credit card (Visa, Master Card and AMEX) and Payment via bank transfer.
1) Best Available Rates : If a room is available and you've submitted your credit card details and agreed to the booking conditions on the booking form, the reservation is then confirmed automatically by the system and confirmed booking status will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.
2) Non-refundable Rates: If a room is available and you've submitted your credit card details and agreed to the booking conditions on the booking form, the reservation is then confirmed automatically by the system and confirmed booking status will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

Check booking's status

Once you have submitted a booking, you will receive a Confirmation Email in about 15 minutes. This email has booking status. It will be sent to the email address you provided while making the booking. Alternate, you may check from hotel official website by clicking “Check Booking Status” button.    

Hotel Policy:
Official check-in time is 1400 hours on the date of arrival.
Official checkout time is 1200 noon on the date of departure.
Early check-in is subject to room availability and prior notification is required. The Hotel may impose additional surcharge for the early check-in.
Reservation with pre-blocked room for one night is recommended for early arrival before official check-in time

Children and extra beds:
Infant 0-8 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding. For older child or up to 2 children, booking of second room is required.
Maximum occupancy of the room: 2 Adult + 1 Child

Prices are per room, Included: 10 % service charge, 5 % Tax

Cancellation Policy - Best Available Rate
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation Policy - Non-refundable/ Non-cancellation type booking
Full duration of stay is chargeable upon confirmation. No refund, no cancellation and no shortening of stay are allowed.
Shortening of stay
The hotel makes no refunds for early checkouts.


The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe or in the Safe Deposit Box provided at the Front Desk. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay.

The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:

Animals of any kind, except guide dogs
Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
Objects emitting a foul odour
Unregistered firearms or other weapons
Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Myanmar

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 11.00 p.m.

T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
The Hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel as well as smoking rooms. There will be a S$200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.


Rates are in American dollars and are subject to 10% service charge and thereafter 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.

Prepayment via bank transfer for non-refundable booking
100% pre-payment is required to confirm the booking. Booking status will change from un-confirmed to confirmed status once payment is settled. Please email or Viber us bank transfer receipt.

Prepayment via bank transfer for Best Available Rate
14 days advance full pre-payment is required to confirm the booking. Booking status will change from un-confirmed to confirmed status once payment is settled. Please email or Viber us bank transfer receipt.
The booking status will be un-confirmed if no payment transfer nor credit card provided.  

In the event that the fare has not been paid as per policy for any reason whatsoever prior the guest arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking prior to check-in and will be considered full payment on cash basis upon guest arrival.


For online bookings made through the Hotel website, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a deposit equivalent to the first night room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking. No refund shall be made if your reservation is cancelled or modified within 48 hours prior to check-in date. No refund shall be made if stay dates overlap 24 December to 1 January, during the F1 period for that year and other selected dates stipulated in the individual rate plan.

Unless full length of stay has been prepaid, the Hotel requires a deposit for remaining room charges upon check-in.

For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in.

Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card at check-in time. For deposit using credit card, pre-authorisation by the Hotel is required.

The Hotel reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules as and when it deems necessary.

In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.
